What we ate: Crunch Wraps!

Taco Bell crunch wraps are easily one of my favorite foods. I don’t like beef, but I like these multi-layered tacos of beefy goodness. Yum:

What could be more fun than eating one of these? That’s right, making our own. Then eating them.

Instead of beef, we like to use chicken. But we couldn’t find any (apparently the food store only carries it sometimes?) so we used ground turkey. Basically once you dump that seasoning stuff all over it, it doesn’t matter WHAT you used. It’s still going to taste delicious.

Mixing up some taco turkey :)

Cutting up some tomatoes.

Taking pictures of the ingredients.

Uhm, then we got a little lax… What you want to do is put some meat and cheese sauce in the center of a soft taco. Cover with a little round hard taco. Top with lettuce, tomato, shredded cheese, fold up. Spray with pam and toast both sides on a skillet.

I pretty much just want to eat these every day.
