Mr. Frog and the end of a crafty weekend

I was too creatively drained to think up anything to write about for Friday. But then my cousin came over and we made some bags!

Her’s came out really good because she has an eye for putting colors together. Mine came out too bright because I have an eye for colors that are bright.

I think the blue should have gone on the outside.

Last night and today I worked on revising my shark pattern into a frog. I think it came out well:

Sometimes I can’t figure out how to turn the flash off on my camera, hence why Mr. Frog looks washed out. I’m going to make another in brown I think, so I can have the Mr. Frog and Mr. Toad duo. (Maybe they are just called Frog and Toad..?)

Later in the week I’m going to attempt to put a new zipper on an old skirt for some lady my mom works with and make a squirrel for my brother out of a glove. And make my Halloween costume!

That frog looks awesome! I remember Frog and Toad in the library when I was little. They will be friends once again thanks to you. Did you know someone made a musical out of Frog and Toad? Your wikipedia link told me so.
