Thought I no long sleep with one (3 years strong! (more like 2 (can’t tell if I’m kidding, huh))), they hold many benefits, such as you always know where you are when you wake up! Your eyes aren’t AS blinded by light if you turn on a regular light! And you can see where all your stuff when you pushed it all over the floor and went to bed!
