Jay has had all these crazy health problems for a long time and no one could figure out why. Just recently she found out she has celiac disease (allergic to gluten), which is so hard because everything has gluten in it! She’s amazing because she’s not complaining about everything she can’t eat (like I would), she’s not cursing the world (like I would). She’s tackling the problem and focusing on getting healthy again.
