While holiday shopping over the weekend for other people, I happened upon this book:
which I hastily purchased for myself.
Thanks, Kerry! (That’s just me, thanking myself.)
I immediately had lofty dreams about an exploding cake-pop business with secret recipes and special holiday orders.
But instead of quitting my jobs on the spot, I made plans with my cousin to make the Snowmen from the book. You can see then in the upper-right corner.
Basically fail on that. But win on fun with my cousin!

you should go to bakerella.com she has so much more than whats actually in the book. and there is now a cake ball maker, much like a waffle iron, completely handy. esp if you plan on making them a lot. or in lg quantities. i got mine at kmart for less than 20.00. also, invest in a Styrofoam block from Michael’s, or even walmart. keeps your pops looking less flat on the sides or tops.
Hildy! yesssssssss yes yes. I meant to get a styrofoam block but completely blanked out because we hit the paper section of Michael’s and my cousin had to keep me from buying a ton of paper (ahahaha) and her Website is AMAZING!
